Ingredients
· 4 chicken breast, bones, and skin removed
· ½ teaspoon cumin
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· 1 teaspoon salt
· ½ cup butter, melted
· Juice of 1 lemon
· 1 cup chicken broth
· 1 can pit green olives
How To

  1. Take a bowl and add chicken
  2. Season with cumin, pepper, and salt
  3. Set your pot to Sauté mode and add chicken breast and butter
  4. Brown all side for 3 minutes
  5. Add remaining ingredients and lock lid
  6. Cook on POULTRY mode for 10 minutes
  7. Quick release the pressure
  8. Serve and enjoy!
