· 1 cup Marinara sauce
· 1 spaghetti squash
· 400 grams cooked chicken, cubed
· 16-ounces mozzarella
How To

  1. Split up the squash in halves and remove the seeds
  2. Add 1 cup of water to the pot and place a trivet on top
  3. Add the squash halves on the trivet
  4. Lock up the lid and cook for 20 minutes at HIGH pressure
  5. Release pressure naturally
  6. Remove the squashes and shred them using a fork into spaghetti portions
  7. Pour sauce over the squash and give it a nice mix
  8. Top them up with the cubed up chicken and top with mozzarella
