Ingredients
· ½ pound broccoli florets
· ½ cup of coconut milk
· ½ tablespoon garlic powder
· 1 tablespoon curry powder
· 1 cup chicken broth
· 1 and ¼ pounds beef stew chunks
· 1 zucchini, chopped
· ½ teaspoon salt
How To

  1. Add all the ingredients except the coconut milk into the instant pot.
  2. Seal the instant pot lid and turn on the Manual function.
  3. Cook for 45 minutes at high pressure.
  4. Allow natural release the steam and open the lid.
  5. Stir in the coconut milk.
  6. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
