Ingredients
· 1 cabbage, chopped
· 1 onion, chopped
· 1 red bell pepper, chopped
· 2 small carrots, chopped
· 2 cups lean ham, diced
· 2 bay leaves
· 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
· 1 teaspoon garlic, granulated
· 1 tablespoon dried parsley
· 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
· 1 teaspoon black pepper
· 6 cups chicken stock
· Parmesan cheese for serving
How To

  1. Chop up the cabbage, red bell pepper, onion, ham, and carrots
  2. Add the onion, cabbage, and red bell pepper to the Instant Pot
  3. Add chopped ham, carrots alongside bay leaves
  4. Sprinkle seasoned salt on top, all-purpose flour, dried parsley, and granulated garlic, black pepper and chicken stock
  5. Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes
  6. Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes
  7. Serve hot with grated parmesan on top
